Our Core Values
Our Statement of faith
To be a habitation for the Lord and shine His light to the world.
“Here is a trustworthy saying: If anyone sets his heart on being an overseer, he desires a noble task.” 1 Tim 3:1 NIV
Our Statement Of Faith
We believe “the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12) The Word of God is fundamental to our church, and believe that when we obey it, it will transform our lives, communities, and the nations.
Our Statement Of Faith
Before ascending back to Heaven Jesus told His disciples “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matt. 28:18-20)
As a church we believe that we play a crucial part in the great commission both locally and globally.
Our Statement Of Faith
The Holy Spirit is available to every Christian who has declared Jesus as Lord. Jesus told His disciples that “you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8) We’re called to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit to see transformation in ourselves and the community around us.
Our Statement Of Faith
Jesus’s greatest commandment to His followers is to “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’ and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” (Luke 10:27) We believe this is not only a core value in our church, but the standard that God is calling us to live at.
Our Statement Of Faith
Following the Early Church’s example found in the New Testament in Acts 4:32-35, we believe that God is calling us to be a church that not only practices tithing, but goes above and beyond in our giving. By doing so brings glory to God and meets the practical needs of our community.
At Liberty Worship Center, we take the words of Jesus to “make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19) very seriously. Our goal is that every person that gets saved would find their personal calling from God, and maximize the potential that God has placed in them to reach their God-given purpose.
Our Statement Of Faith
Liberty Worship Center is committed to prayer. At the core of our church we believe that no move of God has ever been started or sustained without the element of prayer. Within all of the values we hold dear, prayer is one of the highest callings we have as a church!
Jesus said “my house shall be called a house of prayer.” (Matthew 21:13)
The Christian life is impossible to do alone. God has called us to be intentional with other believers and to hold fellowship as a high priority. Liberty Worship Center strives to be a church that is multi- generational and multi-cultural. Hebrews 10:25 says “And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.”
