Jeff has been involved in ministry for over 40 years as a teacher, pastor and evangelist. He has served as Senior Pastor at Liberty Worship Center since August of 2012. Born in Thurmont Maryland, Jeff and his wife Betsy moved to Carroll Valley Pennsylvania in 2005. They have three adult children, six grandchildren and two great grandsons.
